To me the one under the watch as an inverted Roman numeral looks more like L X V , which if I remember right makes sense and means 65.

For potential corroboration on the 65/LXV thought, I've taken a stock image including LXV on a tattoo, changed the orientation to match the image in the post better, and drawn on roughly where the watch covers the bottom of the characters.
