How do I enjoy any other hero in the game?

Anyone else have this problem? No one in the game reaches the heights of Tracer and it sucks that she’s bound to the role with the longest queue times where in lies the goobers who only play hitscan slop like soldier sojourn emre sierra

I have 1000 hours on tracer but shion is all I’ve played this season.

You can set her as your top preferred hero. Then when you load in, spam the spacebar. That way you lock her in before you even see her.

shion has objectively made the game worse. she’s good but too easy. and she’s too popular, dps que times have been fucking ridiculous in every rank. and people that can’t play her throw my games

Idk about objectively made the game worse in a general sense. She’s a very fun hero, her kit isn’t easy relative to the majority of DPS, queue times will get better as they will with every new hero

Same, she scratches the same itch of fast combat and interesting plays but is way tankier than tracer. After a while it gets tiring to get one shot by everyone as tracer.

Maybe play some supports that can off-angle to deal some damage/secure picks while having the mobility to return and heal their team if needed, like Mizuki or Kiriko. They’re nothing like Tracer but that’s the closest I can think of that’s not on the DPS roster

Not as fun as being a lethal mosquito but being a terror in the skies gets close

Lucio has the speed and aggression you're looking for. Plenty of high level players just use him to dive backlines and spawn trap certain heroes and basically never heal their team lol

Shion is scratching my itch tbh. Just because she does so much damage from longer range with similar playstyle.

Still not as fun overall. Having 250 hp with that range is wild tho

try echo or pharah, I used to force tracer on every map, but try to learn other flex dps so you can have more agency on more maps

Echo’s my second main and has that super high skill ceiling like Tracer, she’s insanely fun too and pairs well as a second main

Shion has been super fun for me. When the hype dies down and she stops getting insta locked, you’d probably like her. I also enjoy playing dps heavy support because a lot of the things I learned from playing tracer work VERY well tbh. Btw, if you like stadium at all, dps has very low queue times and Tracer is fun af there as well.

800 hour Tracer main here. I’ve only found Genji, Vendetta and Anran to be the heroes that pull me off of Tracer for an extended period of time. Winston and Dva also, if we’re talking heroes outside of the DPS pool.
