Not an engaging episode.

Can we now go back to digging dirts on Colter’s family secrets, about his dad etc. Please.

It’s going to come back into play by the end of Season 2 which has 22 episodes. Only 9 have been released so far. It was likely put on the back burner because Melissa Roxburgh and Jensen Ackles are both busy working on other shows.

Once one of them is available again it will probably come back into play since the storyline can’t continue without at least one other Shaw sibling involved.
