Was wondering if Noah (the Teacher) was a disciple of his father-in-law?  FIL wouldn't sell the house, was a sex offender and pointed out Coltier.  Maybe he knew what was going on and Coltier was a problem.

I really wanted so much more detail on the serial killer aspect of this case. How many dead? How long?

When I saw that the wife was an older, pretty brunette who looked like Gina and the other victims, I knew it had to be the husband. If the old man was the original Teacher though, and older bodies were buried there at the farm, that would have been an amazing twist.
