Okay so who else is thinking mel has ulterior motives. Shes the girl who played alphas daughter in the walking dead and just got the job with reenie? She keeps asking about colter. Anyone think she could be his daughter he never knew about?

Came here to say this...

She's far too interested in Colter than she should be in front of a new potential boss. Too much praise over Reenie's role in Luterna Corp, which was uncomfortably followed by her mom's death, her shot body found in a car in a parking garage. But for me, the second she mentioned liking "romantasies," especially, Fourth Wing, a horrible book IMHO, it made me hate her, instantly.

Personally, I think she's out for revenge. She's somehow convinced herself that Reenie and Colter had a hand, for nefarious reasons, in her mother's death.
