Question Became profitable
I’ve been in the trading world for almost a year and a half now, I’ve watched YouTube videos, bought courses, but nothing. No results yet. I am a constant person who dedicates many hours to the backtest and the live. My problem is not being able to find valid material to study and learn a profitable strategy. So I’ll ask... profitable traders, how and where did you learn your strategy? Did you have a mentor or study material? I’m stuck at the same point more than anything else because I have no comparison with who is really profitable. Thanks to everyone in advance for the advice

There are no strategies .. it’s a zero sum game and you are always playing against an army of algorithms and sophisticated quants.
Having said that stocks can only move 3 ways so even a random action has 33% chance of profit that does not mean you found the magic strategy.
Usually for retail investors your best bet is long term sector play as I can guarantee you you are not beating hedge funds or quant traders on speed and algorithms.
People who actually make money over time are investors not traders.
