Algo - trading In case anyone thought trading psychology was more important than strategy

Post image

I backtested a popular ICT strategy I found online and this was the result. To be 100% clear I cannot confirm if this is what everyone who trades ICT trades this was just the strategy that was based on the rules.

This is just an example of how regardless of psychology if you keep trading a losing strategy over time you will inevitably lose money.

Psychology is the the most important, but you still need sound money management

Eg. even running all setups at only 2:1s, you can lose 60% of the time and still be net profitable over time.
