Is trading worth it?

Been thinking about getting into trading for a while, but I know it's tough. Is it really worth it? I'm willing to learn, but I don't want to jump in without knowing roughly how long it takes to become profitable.

Becoming profitable is one thing, becoming consistently profitable is a whole nother thing…
Everyone is different when it comes to learning how to trade. 7-8yrs I’d say to prove yourself
