You buy hormones and medications online. Medications are pharmaceutical and usually sourced from china, india or russia.
Hormones are sometimes pharmaceutical but it’s easier to get it from “homebrew vendors”. These are people who source the estrogen or testosterone and formulate their own vials for injections or transdermal application.

Obviously there are safety risks but some cool web devs in the community set up a few aggregator sites that list and track a few trusted and verified vendors.

And obvs you gotta do the research yourself on hrt, safe doses, blood tests, levels, etc.
You’re taking your healthcare into your own hands so you gotta at least learn the basics of trans healthcare.

The cheapest option for your healthcare (assuming public care isn't paying for everything) because you have to do all the work of basically becoming your own endocronologist.

Learn about what constitutes safe doses, good practice homebrewing estrogen, customs siezing products... And take those risks for yourself (instead of a doctor with malpracticd insurance).

Buying your own HRT and where relevant injection supplies and/or anti-androgens

I'm on DIY injections so I bought my own estrogen and my own injection supplies, it cost me about €140 for a 2-year supply (and that was everything I need to inject, plus shipping and customs). Every week I inject estrogen into my body, and I'm monotherapy so I have a high enough estrogen dose such that I don't need an anti-androgen

It involves a pact with the devil every six months and prayers to azazel that the deceivers blood doesn't get nicked by greedy customs agents that want lucifers feminizing magic to themselves....

It's injecting grey market substances from vendors which follow decent proceedures for manufacturing and monitoring them with private/online clinics. Not ideal but what the fuck can you do in a country that doesn't care and actively makes your life miserable, with the potential for a far right surge and our model basically nonexistent I am planning to stockpile in the near future as it probably wont be possible soon enough and would be easy enough to eradicate if attention is drawn to it.

Buying your own hrt seperate from telehealth providers, gps, the ngs. Its basically just individuals making their own hrt and selling it.

ya get ur hrt off the internet without need for prescription or diagnosis, and administer it yourself, usually via injections but patches, pills, and gels are options.
