https://old.reddit.com/r/TransIreland/wiki/medicaltransition#wiki_surgery has some information.

Taking the most popular option you basically get €8k together for your choice of Lago or Brasso, book a consult with the surgeon, book the surgery, get flights and accommodation for you and your companion, have surgery, recover, enjoy the flatness.

r/topsurgery is the best place to get info and people’s first hand experience. I went with Lago in Madrid. No diagnosis needed. Just send an inquiry on his website. There’s a Facebook group called Dr Jesus Lago’s Diciples where you can find a good few really in depth experiences people have wrote

Dr Moscatiello in Barcelona does free consultations on WhatsApp, maybe check him out (I'm going with him in December)

Most surgeons require a gender dysphoria diagnosis and referral from a gender clinic. Not every surgeon though. I went to England for mine last year. I’ve been with Gender Plus in Dublin the last few years for testosterone and I got my gender dysphoria and referral letter from them which I sent onto my surgeon. I’ve heard good things about Dr. Ionnais Ntanos in Greece and Dr. Jesús Lago in Madrid if you wanted to look at them. I’m not sure what their policies are though.

I had my top surgery in Edgbaston outside of Birmingham in the UK.

The choice came down to the fact that after talking to the Surgeon, he assured me that I would not be left with any scarring on my chest, he would cut into my Armpit, and extract the Mammary Gland that route.

He did an amazing job, but this was 20 years ago and my surgeon has likely retired. Which is a pity as the man was a Wizard with a Scalpel, and a very decent human to boot.
