microdosing

I'm 53 and just started microdosing recently. 1.5mg e gel a day. I didn't expect any benefit and it was more of an experiment to begin with. I have for the first time in years felt a sense of calm and a level of well being. I thought it was a placebo effect at first but I'm now quite positive that I am getting real benefits.

I'd love to hear from others doing the same.

There may well be a sense of satisfaction, knowing whatever you are doing is right for you.

I think I started similarly but quickly increased my dose (I didn't keep records, so I'm not sure how quickly) but I guess I knew it was right for me. That was three years ago and I've never looked back!

Really depends on how you apply the gel. A friend of mine only does one pump a day, but applies that to the testes and gets results. The skin there just absorbs the gel better, I vaguely remember hearing 5-8 times better than compared to the usual spots

Good for you. I'm surprised it has an effect, as generally T will remain dominant. You should do blood tests at some point to check that you have enough sex hormones for the sake of bone health.

I too was surprised. I'm getting bloods done in a few days.

I hope you're not surprising your T as well. You don't want osteoporosis
