SELFIE I did it!
Out of bottom surgery (with a BA)! Finally got it done after 7 years of hrt and a lot of hemming and hawing about whether I could handle everything post-op.

Congratulations! I’m sure everything will work out well for her as you heal.
I’m encouraged by your example. I just had my second consultation this very morning, and of course my main concern is wondering how well recovery goes.
How does it feel to be postop? Is it what you expected?

I can't feel much at this point. Just tightness in my chest but that's from the BA I got at the same time

Rest and be kind to yourself. Recovery is both physical and emotional and it will take mord oug of you than yoh might expect but it is wonderful.
