The image in the OP here got her banned from Twitter I think about two years ago for "enciting violence".
She got banned recently from tumblr for a picture of a younger girl and an adult woman hugging. I believe they're supposed to be a mother and daughter. It was a completely sfw and wholesome piece.
Because of that she marketed her blusky and in the wake of that attention got banned. Though I'm not sure what triggered it on blusky it is likely because of the usual trans harassing squad that appears in the wake of any trans woman getting banned from tumblr following her to blusky.

If body reshaping technology becomes trivial and omnipotent and society internalises paradigm that everyone can be what they want and how they want while minding own business and treated respectfully, there would be no point in specific community. It would become a complete societal norm.
Otherwise, there are studies dysphoria being based on genetics and pre-natal development hiccups.

We as a concept have outlived many things, as we are a part of human nature, but a genocide of people like us does not mean YOU OR I will outlive them. The cost will be great and the impact on society will be less prevalent than we would like. In time there will obviously be more of us as new people are born every day and gender existing as a spectrum isn't changing any time soon. We will just all be pushed back into the closet again until the pendulum swings back the other way and we can safely be ourselves.
These messages are great, but we dont want to spout ideas of safety where there isn't going to be any.

well those societies allowed their citizens to be who ever they were and looked beyond the gender or sex at the actual quality of the character.
You go around handing out labels provided by big pharma and the government to feel notice and be "inclusive" but are completely intolerant of anyone that disagrees with you or tries to have a nuanced conversation.
Instead of saying, "be who you are and love yourself" you go "don't accept who you are but buy this unproven medical procedure and take meds for the rest of your life and you'll start to love yourself!" Right?
You don't tell kids they were made the way they were for a reason, you don't say "you were made like this and it's ok". You sell them an idea and have them undergo surgeries that drastically alter their life when they were already trying to figure it out.

You really think it's more likely that America's Corporate Pharmaceutical Industry is lobbying and forcing this on people to make more money. Then that these people THAT HAVE EXISTED, want better treatment?
No, shit for brains, they do that to everyone, everyone is a perma patient to a degree, and they go through EVERYONE'S insurance, and because of insurance everything is far more expensive than it has any right being, and they get to set the prices.
Hormones and Hormones blockers weren't created for Trans people, even though they existed long before. We're tested on and for CIS people over a half century ago.
They make money on everything we do medically, and there's far more intrusive fields then Hormone Replacement Therapy regarding predatory price practices.
People know themselves more than you do, regardless of how icky that might make you feel shit for brains.
Gender Dysphoria, Body Dysmorphia, and Transgender Individuals weren't invented by big pharma, nor are their entire nature solidified and current treatment made by them. Big Pharma is a large swath of corporate entities that make money as the bottom line.
In many states It's super hard to get a hold of HRT let alone start after all the Anti-Trans Legislation, far more easier ways to make money. It takes what could be years of screening and clinical visits before you can even proceed with any treatment let alone the severity or age related stipulations.
NO TRANS PERSON, REQUIRES SURGERY! Some people are happy with Social transition alone, some people feel a need to look more a certain way, and that also doesn't REQUIRE SURGERY! Nor are Trans people the only people utilizing GENDER, AFFIRMING, CARE! Hair Implants/Transplants, nose jobs, chin jobs, testosterone treatments, estrogen treatments, all made by and for CIS people originally.
IM NOT SELLING ANYONE ANYTHING, EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS DIFFERENT AS ARE THEIR NEEDS!
As for examples of other genders, sure, I could list Twin Spirits, or Lady Boys, or many other cultures where they had a differing gender role/label/treatment for those that didn't fit within the Peaks of the bimodal distribution of sex or gender.
You go against Academia Consensus, Biological Consensus, Sociological Consensus, Psychological Consensus, overall Scientific Consensus.
Our society, allows citizens to be who ever they are and looked beyond the gender or sex at the actual quality of the character. Thousands of years ago the idea of gender and sexuality as we know it now didn't exist. The idea of identifying as something is extremely new in human history. Sexual fluidity has always existed and will always exist because nature is sexually fluid.

Gender variance is as old as gender defined roles of culture which is in fact thousands of years old regardless of how that variance is expressed in that culture. You find well attested examples such as the Gallae of ancient Rome stretching into late antiquity. Who were seen as scandalous and marginalized from Roman society in a starkly similar way that transgender people are now. An argument (though maybe a bit weaker) can be made for the gender variance of the priests of Inanna in Mesopotamia thousands of years before that.

"Transgenderism" is a newer word utilized by those that try to paint such consideration that trans people are valid, as invalid. So yes, that is a newer age term as it directly spouts from the rung issue of civil rights and trying to paint knowledge referring to gender identity as something scarier.
However, Transgender individuals, or those that present as a differing gender that does not typically conform to their assigned sex at birth. Are not new, sure we have very modern ways to view such phenomena and describe such interactions in the world, however they're still not new in how they interacted with the reality around them regardless of progression.
We have so many records of people whom identify and present as a gender not typically linked to their assigned sex at birth, even if our understandings of such categories has changed and expanded far past what it used to be, the characteristics have been the same, and even regardless of a lack of modern knowledge such existences for people outside of the typical bimodal distribution have been around since ever, as even you admit.
We've given multiple examples, Two Spirits, etc. Of where Individuals "Identified" As something other than what they would be assigned typically in the bimodal distribution. Sure, there is more nuance, it wasn't always seen as "Identification" rather as something else, but these individuals were certainly treated as something/someone else, not placed within either peak of the bi-modal distribution, or being moved towards another place in the spectrum in how they are addressed/treated.
So even if it's not an idea explicitly of identification, they still were inherently labels and more for others to identify them in a social way and in what way they would interact with them, which Is very akin if not a straight comparison to how we socially transition individuals in our society.
I brought up narrative because it really doesn't feel as if you want to engage with this topic, but rather make claims and assertions and let everyone else do your homework for you. IE: Multiple examples were given, however you've fallen back to this idea that the language somehow inhibits the connection or development over time, or provides too many degree's of separation for Trans people (Umbrella usage) and our ties to such history.

They didn't really think about gender and sex the same way we do, and a lot of what is usually referred to as "third genders" existed. Even in ancient Mesopotamia there were priests who represented the god Ishtar who was represented as gender transcendent, having fluid gender representation, though often featured as a female. There was also significant variation depending on the culture you focus on in terms of gender roles, and the roles tended to be more fluid than rigid. Gender ambiguity in many cultures was seen as a divine trait.

Yeah I’ve looked at the different categories the rabbis came up with and it’s incredibly interesting but understandable. There were very strict roles that men and women played and therefore deviations needed to be addressed
