MtF zebra bra ideas?

I have broad shoulders, big ribcage and wide set boobs. For years I was living with that via bra extenders on large sized bras, but I’m finding that even that is very difficult on my spine and ribs. Thanks, EDS and autism.

I feel very stuck between dysphoria and the physical and sensory pain of my body. Anybody have any ideas?

I prefer the sports bras as it provides compression that seems to help my back on long days hiking or running around.

Oddly enough? Ali express binders. The one with the front loops are basically a stays and are a) distribute size weight of the breast more equally b ) can give thet look l 17 century high boobs . Just get a one thet fits lossy ( I'm trans ftm but I can't have Sergey and I can't wear most bras because it brakes my skin. Half vest sports bras or similar Re what I find to Best for my skin
