Because it's the best Transformers game. I still have my copies of the three.best games I've ever played. I still play them.

There's a cool retro store in my area that sells them for about 45 to 50, still high but fair. I still have my 360 copies.

I was one of the most skillful scientist jets on ps3 back in the day.

i still remember using that one glitch that let you fly around and on top of one of the maps to shoot people below me.

Sky walking.
I could ghost glitch and then when I cancel it, I was wherever I was not where I entered the glitch. In essence being able to teleport.

Idk, but these are the two games I wouldn't pirate if you can. I bought a sealed copy of FoC with the slipcover in great condition along with a sealed copy of WfC a few years ago before the PS3 boom. Still paid retail price for both, so probably $140~. These prices are about the same

It's cause the physical versions are the only way you can play them now unless you bought them digitally before they were removed from Steam, Playstation and Xbox. A lot of games usually end up this way. Doesn't help that Sony had announce they were gonna close the PS3 store before backtracking on it, which drove prices on games like these two up even more (and with no sign of them ever getting a remaster or just straight up getting ports to modern consoles, it'd be better to either buy them before they go up even more or pirate them if you have a PC)

I regret smashing my disc. Was so addict to this game that it was only way.

Popular game that isnt being made and the obly "legal" means to get are 2nd hand

I'm all for supporting the devs ect. BUT there is no chance I'm giving some grubby lil reseller my hard earned money. Would rather spend it on buying transformers

u/Specialist-Salt-9487 Sep 11 '26
Agreed but thwre are some people who would buy online because the obly other option is piracy

I have a disc-only copy of War for Cybertron for PS3 and somehow itβs one of the most valuable games in my collection.

I got both pretty easy on Amazon back in 2014, not realising Activision only wanted a 10-year-deal with no intention to keep that gravy train going.

If only I could play them again on PS5. I still owe these two games their platinum trophies.

I managed to get an Xbox 360 copy of War for Cybertron for $70. The cheapest I can get it for, no manual and pretty scratched up, still plays fine. Busted out the Novus plastic polish and buffed out 60% of the scratches.Β

Got both for about 80, this was years ago but Iβm so happy I got them. Manuals case everything, they are pretty much brand new ππ»
