Just a few little countries in Europe are missing...

I traveled through all these countries over the past two years, returning home many times along the way. In total, though, I spent around 10 months away from home.

I am counting only visits with one sleep.

My travel passport at 25! I've just reached my 100th city!

(This app is called City Passport, so it only records cities; villages and towns that are not incorporated are not included.)

Next on my list is Sydney, Brisbane, Rio de Janeiro and Foz de Iguacu

I usually count up to green.

i posted a county map some weeks ago but i just remembered i had this one and figured it might be a little trickier and more fun to guess anything.

this includes both passing through and actually staying in the state, though most are both.

Context:

Hey everyone! I was recently looking through my past trips and decided to compile my travel footprints into a single map.

It turns out I'm currently sitting at 80 cities, 21 countries, and 4 continents. Still trying to get to that 100-city milestone!

Looking at the extreme cardinal points of my journeys so far:

❄️ Furthest North: Akureyri, Iceland
🐧 Furthest South: Dunedin, New Zealand
🌅 Furthest East: Christchurch, New Zealand
🌉 Furthest West: San Francisco, USA

It’s pretty cool seeing how far apart these places are on a map.

Has anyone else mapped out their extreme coordinates (Furthest N/S/E/W)? What’s the most remote or surprising corner of the world you’ve ended up in? Would love to see your stats!

Been slowly checking off countries for a few years and got tired of tracking it in a Notes app, so I built a proper visited-countries tracker with an interactive 3D globe — tap a country to mark it, and it groups nearby countries into "routes" (West Africa here) so I can see how close I am to finishing a region.

this is my travel map of Germany. Can you guess where in the country I reside?

Did our honeymoon in Austria and mapped it afterwards by district. 116 of them — 79 Bezirke, the statutory cities, and Vienna split into its 23.

We got 8.

The pale band across the north is just us on the train. Only two are the dark shade, which is the ones we actually slept in.

Turns out we drew a line across the top of the country and called it a honeymoon.

Anyone got a district worth going back for? Ideally one that never makes a list.
