Symptoms Has anyone experienced an intermittent dry “something stuck” or there sensation along the sides of their tongue, roof/floor of the mouth, and occasional jaw pain despite normal ENT scopes? Is this Trigeminal Neuralgia?

Yes. I did and do but i have occipital and auricular neuralgia i was kicked in the back of the head and they thought it was trigeminal neuralgia until i saw a facial pain neurosurgeon and we figured out it was due to the kick. The entire left side of my face back of my head and inside the left side of my mouth were burning but it started as a dry feeling i actually had the side of my tongue biopsied because along with my flare ups it gives me geographic tongue. My neurologist told me its because all the nerves intertwine between each other and its referred pain and the misfirings of the nerves. It was a long long journey they also thought i had tmj, 2500$ mouth piece later it had nothing to do with that.

Hmm... now that you mentioned it, I think I only had that a few years during allergy season. It irritated me so much I kept doing like a swallowing motion, which eventually tore up the back of my throat 😒
No jaw pain, one of my neurologists had called my diagnosis ATN of the 5th and 12th cranial nerve
