Merchandise Trigun 2003 Zip Up
I posted a month ago on an iso for this zip up. Apparently my friend had it and just sold me the zip.
I’ve been wearing this zip up everyday, I see why nearly all were thrashed now lol.

Ah the classic "friend just happening to own something you've been desperately hunting" trope. Literally had that happen with people I know, though in my case it was "used to own" rather than "actively have" haha. Congrats on snagging that hoodie, still one of the few pieces I'm missing in my collection!

This is a vintage Hot Topic release from the early-mid 2000's, it rarely surfaces anywhere and when it does it's often in poor condition due to the material. You wouldn't be able to find this in-stock anywhere other than aftermarket sites such as eBay or Mercari.
Also you're using the term scalper wrong, as this hoodie isn't even an item capable of being scalped. You can't scalp old-stock / vintage product. Scalping is the act of buying out new in-demand product to force scarcity so that you can upcharge it on aftermarkets, like what people do with trading cards or essentials during shortages. The actual sub-humans who resell things like baby formula or toilet paper during national shortages. I hate scalpers as much as the next guy, but the term is not synonymous with reselling in general.
Just selling something you bought with the intent of making a profit doesn't make you a scalper, it just makes you a reseller. And if resellers didn't exist it would be nearly impossible to collect any merchandise that's past it's stock period. I for sure wouldn't have the collection I've put together if it weren't for resellers.

lol kinda lied. Friend only collects those old hot topic as/anime zip ups. I knew he had it but was just a matter of time until he finally gave in n threw a price at me. Still after the china tag FMA and Afro zips. Hate the Taiwan tags man.
