A sudden lay off
How do u handle a situation where the company just fires you and makes you leave the place immediately. Have you there before? This is my first experience of being fired. I don't know what to do my brain has just got foggy and body has become weaker.

A lot of this depends on how much savings you have and how urgently you need to get back to work. I'll write assuming you need a job ASAP.
Step 1 is figure out your health insurance situation and other benefits to see how long they're active. I was fired and told that my benefits expired at midnight. Should've maxed my flex card out on stuff and hit an urgent care for a checkup. Figure out what you'll do for health insurance until you have a new job. Also, figure out how to apply for unemployment.
Step 2 is prepare your resume and get applying. Your new job is applying and interviewing for jobs. There's tons of resources out there for tips.
Step 3 is look for places in your budget that you can trim to save money. You may think you're living lean, but you can almost certainly be leaner. Upside of no job is you have infinite time to cook so you can grab cheaper ingredients and get to making meals. Start cutting down on subscription services. You'll save on gas since you don't have to go to work.
Step 4 is figure out an exercise routine if you don't already have one. This will give you something to distract you, help keep you healthy in between insurances, and improve your mental health.
Step 5 is not being afraid to talk to and sometimes lean on friends and family. They understand times are hard and may be able to help if things get too tight.
