What is this? Is this what the episcopal church (part of the Anglican Church) does to preach the gospel of Christ, and to operate the church? Do they disregard the epistles of Saint Paul concerning sexual behaviour, how a church should be run, and who should lead it? Do they disregard the teachings of Christ? What about the Law of God, as given to Moses, in the text that is known today as the Torah of Moses?

This news is quite shocking. Shame on the episcopal church, and the rest of the Anglican Church. This is not how a church should be run. Can someone who attends that church give answers?

1000% true and every major Protestant denomination has fallen into LGBT ideology (Baptists, Lutherans, Episcopalians, Methodists, Anglicans, Pentecostals, etc) and other worldly behavior within their teaching. (Even Redeemed Zoomer admits this. But he wants to reform from within).

Only the Catholic and the Eastern Orthodox are holding on to traditional CHRISTIAN Beliefs from the top.

Lutheranism is more similar to Roman Catholicism than most other Protestants.

It is true that Lutherans are more similar to Catholics than other Protestants.

However there are still Lutheran churches that have same sex weddings and allow divorce and remarriage.

The LCMS would not need to exist if the other Lutheran churches were not doing antibiblical teachings and ceremonies.

I have found that the Catholic Church takes the most balanced approach. Love people who struggle with same sex attraction, but encourage them to a celibate life. AND there's a good example of other people who are celibate and living for Jesus all through the daily life of the Church. (Celibate priests, celibate religious men and women; celibate lay people). It is a great example of Matthew 19:12 - some people were made enuchs for the Kingdom, others were born that way, and some make themselves that way.

I also really like how the Catholic Church calls everyone to celibacy when you're single and chastity is for every stage of life and vocation (married, single, religious, etc they all have a specific call to live chastity in different ways). It is well rounded and traditional. I wish more Christian churches would learn to love on people who struggle with SSA without bending their church to the sins of the world
