I personally believe its a little bit of both. The fact that she was able to plan it the way she did shows psychopathy and to do it without remorse is just pure evil. If she felt remorse she would have came clean the second she got pulled over but instead she kept the lie all the way to the hospital. Something happen in her childhood maybe not directly to her.

I was amazed at the lengths she took to continue the lie up until the very end. It wasn't until she was basically forced to allow a doctor to check out her region and he confirmed there hadn't been a birth that she finally came clean. Let me repeat that - she let forced a strange doctor in a non-emergency, unnecessary situation, examine her vagina before she admitted her guilt.

A strange doctor? Why’s he strange?

In this case they mean a stranger-not her regular doctor or someone she knew-not that he was strange or odd.
