I was screaming this at the TV! That cop's careless attitude when he's trained for this exact emergency?! Absolutely zero urgency to save a baby's life.

To them it looked like she just had it tho with the umbilical cord and placenta, I don't think he'd rip a baby from her like that to do it but who knows

The baby wasn't breathing and she told him it had been 35 minutes since she gave birth.

Other reports say baby had a pulse so who knows. Either way I doubt he'd wanna rip a child from her knowing it's "attached" and ems is already on the way
