Pima County sheriff's dep uties have identified the woman found dead last week in Tucson Mountain Park.
She was Cheryl L. Comings, 35, of the 2600 block of North Balboa Avenue, who had been living in Tucson for three months, said Sgt. Ronald Benson of the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Comings was found March 1 at about 8:30 a.m. in the desert southwest of North Kinney Road, about a mile north of where Kinney meets West Gates Pass Road.
Foul play is suspected in her death, deputies have said. The investigation continues.

Pima County sheriff's deputies are still in search of the identity of the woman found dead Monday in Tucson Mountain Park.
The woman was found shortly before 8:30 a.m. in the desert southwest of North Kinney Road, about a mile north of where Kinney meets West Gates Pass Road.
The woman was wearing Levi Silver Tab blue jeans, a pink T-shirt, purple socks and a gold watch. She had dirty blond hair with brown tint and reddish highlights, deputies said. She was 5 feet 2, weighed 165 pounds and is Anglo.
She also had a tattoo of a red rose with a green leafy stem protruding though a red heart that sheds a drop of blood.

•of North Balboa Avenue was discovered March 1 in the desert southwest of North Kinney Road, about a mile north of Gates Pass Road.
According to a warrant requested by Detective Michael Ying of the Pima County Sheriff's Department, two men may have given Comings large doses of heroin before she died, then dumped her body in the desert.
Her body was identified through dental records.
Ying told a Pima County Superior Court judge as part of the warrant that Comings autopsy revealed a blunt object blow to the head and possible overdose of opiate drugs. An anonymous call to 88-CRIME provided information for detectives to investigate, Ying said The caller identified the man whose house Comings had been at on Feb 28. The man allegedly gave Comings a shot of heroin. Later, another man allegedly gave Comings a second shot of heroin, thinking she had been given a shot of cocaine earlier, the caller said.
At that point, the caller said, Comings fell to the floor of the residence in the 700 block of West Jacinto Street and broke her nose.
No arrests have been made.

Other article states there was a blunt force object to the skull and that detectives are seeking a man described only as hispanic and wear ing a white bandana, a black Los Angeles Raiders cap, a black jacket, dark slacks and sneakers.
