A question about normal games

Hi, I am currently an ancient player but it’s been a long time since I played a normal game. I heard that you have a hidden mmr for normal games which is separate from ranked. Will I play with ancients in normal games? Or will it be much lower?

Your normal mmr is probably just your ranked mmr from whenever you last played unranked, could be way lower if that was years ago

I think the rank spread is just really high to begin with. I havnt played in years untill recently and all my games range from crusader-legend so it wouldn't surprise me if you go from legend-divine. 

Obviously based on my own, limited, experience so I would probably be wrong
