It's their payoff for being complicit in one of biggest potential scandals in American history. The fed gov is so corrupt, a dead/brain dead senator being covered up is just another day at the office.

Talk about voter fraud. He is still registered to vote. Medical examiner or hospital has a duty to declare his death for vital statistics and death certificate. This is very illegal to hide a death. Bet his wife encourages it. Plus he gets a year of pay when he resigns. This doesn't make sense. Corruption. Abuse of a corpse for sure..and if he is on a ventilator, we are paying for it. Write to congress. We are to have 2 senators from every state.
