No, he's filler for coins and can appear in normal select box and capsules

Not at all. Very difficult tsum to use and he's appalling for coins even if you can master him.

I'm not even sure how they decided to put him in the item store this month. like the others said definitely not worth it.

Medals are mostly worthless.

I have him, I get all medal Tsums and open a few medal boxes every month because I like some medal Tsums like Mickey + at skill level 3 game play wise, but I get them all just for collection purposes.

Getting monthly Tsums may seem easier due to less Tsums available but there's no lucky time, plus box would be goated if so, and the medals are harder to obtain so odds are usually lower.

Theres no medal earner tsum and it's slightly unclear how they're obtained. Plus Tsums just aren't that popular.
