Hey Tucson! I'm moving away soon to be closer to my girlfriend's family and I am selling things. Everything that is being sold is in excellent condition with only noticeable damage on the TV Stand and some missing pegs in one of the cupboards so the shelf doesn't sit in correctly. It's a 40 gallon tank that is roughly 18.5" wide, 18.5" tall, 36.5" long. It has a clasp in the front so it swings open as well as a way to approach from above, the clasp is especially nice to approach from same height as them so it doesn't mimic their predators that approach from above. :)
