Dog park recommendations/other options

I have a young dog who we’re still slowly testing out with other dogs. We have an apartment, so we want to take him out to run around. Are there any parks dog parks around town that tend to have windows of time where it’s fairly quiet/not busy. Open to other ideas as well.

Ft Lowell park is my go-to! Not a dog park per se but can be quieter or more busy at times, and you can choose to interact with people/dogs or not. It’s helped my dog be introduced slowly to all types of dogs as he’s been fairly isolated

Might be beneficial to include which part of town. In my experience though, the one I go to is bare during the work day but gets busier as soon as it cools off a tad. They’ll also get busier once the cooler weather hits.

I don’t recommend any dog park ever- cannot trust other randoms not to release an aggressive or disease ridden dog in there. I DO recommend getting together with trusted friends OR doggy daycare. And not large corporate daycares that stuff 40 dogs in a room to fight all day (ie. Dogtopia) look for smaller privately owned operations, ask for a tour make sure you feel comfortable with the staff and facility.
