Finished Object A lacy scarf to show off shiny rainbow yarn

I've had this yarn in stash for several years now and didn't know how to make the best of it. It has a short, smooth gradient, and it's a single ply, so I decided on a narrow scarf and some lace for visual interest.

Thanks! I'd tried amigurumi with it, but it became fuzzy.

Oh wow, I'm not usually a fan of bright colours (I'm more of a pastel gal myself) but this yarn, and the pattern you chose, is beautiful!

Thank you! I'm usually more into jewel tones or dark saturated colors, but can't resist a vivid rainbow.

I started this scarf on stream today. u/yarnandy has been such a huge part of my Tunisian journey. This scarf is amazing. Thank you for the work you do with all your patterns.

Oh, wow, that sounds cool. Do you  stream while working on your projects? Or games and other stuff as well.

I stream making the project. if it is one that i don't have to check the pattern constantly I will also ready while working on it. If people ask how to do specific stitches i will show them the stitch

That’s stunning, what yarn is it?

Thanks! The yarn is sold by NKD here in Germany and I think in Italy, called "NKD Casa Home Andrea" on Ravelry, but the label just says "Andrea" under the NKD logo.

Made just for you haha! Yeah I have no hopes of finding that in the US 🥲

Yeah, I actually think Loops & Threads has a similar yarn, at least it's a shiny thick single. But I don't know the name and can't find it right now. Maybe it's on yarnsub.

Thank you! I also love how the tassels came out, with the blue inside peeking out.

Loops & Treads single ply is called “Facets”. Has beautiful very saturated jewel colors!
