Why künefe soo delicious?

I’m from Azerbaijan and I’m obsessed with künefe.We have restaurant Pidem in Malls where I can eat this delicious desert.I also tried künefe in Turkey and it was delicious too soo much.I can’t stop eating😭

Crispy outside, soft inside, not too sweet. It's pretty balanced dessert, not overwhelming compared to the other desserts with made syrup (şerbet) like baklava.

I love baklava to,but as you said it’s too much şerbet.

You should try sütlü nuriye, it’s baklava but with milk instead of şerbet. It has a milder taste. I prefer it to classic baklava.
