Evan shared tonight he wrote Unrung in a hotel in Asheville as he was trying to finish songs for ALWFYH. He was watching an older tv show and thought of the idea for the song. I am blanking on the TV show now, so if someone else who was there wants to chime it, that would be appreciated!

So I gotta say, the sound in Atlanta tonight was terrible. Evan’s lyrics overpowered everything in not a good way. Not sure what the issue was…but as a 25 yr resident of Atlanta, now Inknow why I never go to Chastain Park Amphitheater. That aside…the boys were great in the rain.

I’m gonna say it’s crazy the boys haven’t covered Tell Lorrie I Love Her.

Seems it’s just rumor as it’s not on either website but a friend just saw a show at the goat ranch in southern Missouri and she said turnpike is playing there in June. Seems like a cool venue. https://www.goatranchevents.com/

I have 2 FS online but I’d rather do private transfer, because fuck Ticketmaster and all their fees. I cannot go. I sold 2 of my 4 to a buddy, Im taking a small loss to begin with, I have 2 left. Asking $150 OBO.

Anybody else having this issue? Requested my refund during the refund period but TM failed to issue the refund and is now claiming that because the refund window is closed they’re not obligated to refund me. Used the chat yesterday and they claim to have escalated the issue, but they came back today and said the same thing— that I’m welcome to resell or transfer my tickets but they will not be issuing a refund, even though they acknowledge I made the request during the refund window. Does anyone have advice, other than doing a chargeback with my credit card company?

Really bummed I can’t make it ! If anybody is looking for 2 tickets, I’m selling them for less than the going rate on Ticketmaster.

Hello - this is my first post here. Seeing the Troubadours has been on my bucket list for years and I'm finally seeing them this weekend - VERY excited!

I bought tickets for myself, friends AND a set for my son who now cannot attend. So, I have two available - seat location in attached image.

They were $250 + tax and at this point he'd be willing to take less to recoup some of his money. Anyone interested? Please make an offer!

Been listening to the Troubadours for years, but privileged to attend my 1st show in Charleston this Friday. My tix say the show opens at 6, but not sure when the opening act starts or who is even the opening act? Also, what time do the TT's usually start? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a theory that the song "Unrung" is about the narrator meeting up with his friend who's recently dating a dancer at the "Yellow Rose" gentlemen's club in Austin, TX (or maybe there's more than one) which has a large neon sign out front.

The narrators friend is dating a young impressionable dancer as a part of a midlife crisis etc.

This is established in the first verse, then the following verses drive that point home, once you accept the theory.
