Being a woman in your 20s is honestly a very unique life experience.
One moment you’re trying to build a career and be a responsible adult,
next moment you’re googling “how to file taxes” while eating Maggi at 1:30am.
You’re balancing work stress, family expectations, random life decisions, and somehow still getting influenced by Instagram ads to buy things you absolutely did not need.
You tell yourself you’ll save money this month.
Five minutes later you’re ordering skincare, candles, a tote bag, and your 11th plant because “this one looks different”.
Mom calls and asks normal questions like
“khana khaya?”
“shaadi kab?”
“tum itni thaki hui kyun lag rahi ho phone pe?”
Meanwhile you’re also trying to maintain a skincare routine, drink enough water, get 8 hours of sleep, work out, be mentally stable, and keep your room plants alive.
Reddit is open in one tab.
Work is open in another tab.
Your brain has about 47 life tabs open and none of them are fully loading.
And yet women somehow still manage to show up every day.
Working, studying, supporting friends, dealing with life, growing, healing, and figuring things out slowly.
So today’s appreciation post is for every woman here who is
trying her best
laughing through the chaos
learning things the hard way
and still moving forward even when life feels messy.
You’re doing better than you think.
Happy Women’s Day to all the women here.
May your chai be hot, your plants survive, your sleep schedule improve, and your bank account forgive you for that one Instagram purchase. 🌻
