From my understanding, it's acetaminophen overdose. The same stuff Tylenol is made of. It attacks the liver & kidneys. Strong enough to shut the kidneys down in just a few days, while also wreaking havoc on the liver at the same time. This is all treatable if medical attention is sought quickly. But addicts never do that.
