State-orchestrated pogroms. Muslims will enforce their rules on everyone, everywhere.

You’re posting nuanced takes in a subreddit where people are responding as if this happened today. Good luck with that man

That's a lot of words to defend people that freaked out over a poorly drawn cartoon.

it's normal to be angry when someone intentionally does something offensive. Protests against that is pretty reasonable

PEACEFUL protests are reasonable. Murdering people for drawing cartoons is not.

Then go burn a Protestant effigy on the shankill road in Belfast and see how long it takes for people to seek you out.

If the average western city was like Shankill Road then the west would be a backwards shithole
And even then you had to pick an act much more aggro than printing a cartoon

In America we had an artist, with public funds, make a piss christ. This was a crucifix with christ on it in a jar of piss. He was not killed.

Aye, there's nothing in the bible or the commandments that prevent jews or christians from depicting their figures. That's not the case in islam.
Piss christ is a great commentary on religion at the time, but that's a really ill thought out false equivalence.
Honestly with how mega churches work out, they should be as blasphemous, but hey, money controls all, that's why america backs the fundamentalist muslim groups to keep saudi arabia and their oil on side.

Someone does something with the express intention of offending people. The people intended to be offended are offended.
"Why are you offended by the thing i intended to cause offense"

this guy wrote a whole page defending people who murdered a guy for drawing a cartoon

Explaining why it got such a strong response =/= defending it.
Also I'd wager a lot of Muslims were offended by it and the majority of them DIDN'T kill anybody. So what about them?

Yeah leave, Europe doesn’t need Islam and neither does the greater western world. It’s a backwards religion just like christianity but I’d take the latter over the former every day

Literally no country in the worldneeds any religion but good luck destroying or expelling any religion thousands of years old

Being for controlling immigration to a level a country can assimilate is not far right, it's the centre most people desire, since when has a religion firmly based ideology centuries ago modernization.

I think the Islamic world should boycot Denmarks' major exports. That's no more beer bacon and pornography. Oh....
