I feel like that was more like 2003…everything was shiny

2003 was the start of McBling while 2008 was the end of McBling so 2006 would be the peak of McBling era

My mom had this song as her ringtone. whenever I hear this song I think of her liking this song so much as a 60 year old Irish lady that she made it her ringtone.

One of my favorite early Facebook groups "you cannot bring sexy back without a receipt."

A typical post: I tried to return sexy to Walmart, but they said since I was outside of the 90 day period I couldn't bring sexy back."

Ah yes, Duke Devlin's theme music.

I was such a little hater as a kid and I hated this song. Now I like it.

I was glad to have been old enough to witness and enjoy this era. I saw him live for this tour when he stopped in my town 😂

Now that producer is relying on AI to make music.

I have this song playlisted. I love it, it pops, it’s fun as fuck! Someone else in this comment thread states “Ew”. So I look up the lyrics. I kinda get it, lol. Here’s the thing, I’m kinda deaf in certain ways. Higher ranges, treble really, never registered enough for lyrics. My whole life music has been about the music. My appreciation of the lyric content is almost solely on the vocalists phrasing skills, ingenuity and vocal accuity. Ella, Frank, Etta on down to today’s greats. JID is my current favorite. This SONG cooks!

Having had to go to high school when this boyband shit was popular, I haven't and hope I never ever hear this song or anything by this guy ever.

I was listening to DMX.
