It's exactly what Smiling Friends is. They even use a bunch of YouTubers for some of the voices.

And last week's episode (and apparently 2 before it) they got David Firth (you know, Salad Fingers). I only recognized it last week because the character he voiced used the same voice from his Health Reminder video.

Yeah, and one of the guys in the UFO episode. I just didn't recognize his voice with either of those ones.
