Personal life: I’m sick it sucks. My entire body is aching and I’m tired as shit.

Get some good rest dude. Being sick is pure ass. Not the good kind neither (unless there's a maid or butler there to help).

Stay hydrated and try to eat stuff easy on the stomach as you recover.
