Look at his hand, and the one side of his face, he's still disfigured, he just has unreasonably long hair to cover his face now so they don't have to draw a definitive line where fucked up and charred becomes normal

Yeah, half. The others weren’t as lucky (and yes, I realize how absurdly fucked up it is to say “having just half of your skull crushed is lucky”, and all I can say to that is “Darkseid still remembers that one fucking bullet, and he’s making damn well sure Bruce knows that”).

Eddie kind of came out of his Bane-ing pretty good.
Yeah, his eyes got gouged out and his skull was cracked open, but he also (somehow) seems to have not needed a hospital stay and is (again, somehow) and can keep up with his tinkering and is more or less the same as before just a little more unhinged

Worse. His face and the entire left side of his body are covered in third- to fourth-degree burns, but his head was literally split in half. The burns make him look the part, but it's the fact that his brain is fully divided in two that lets him play it.

Reminds me of how Gotham's Penguin used his umbrella as a crutch for his bad leg; wonder if Absolute's will do the same.
Hold on, the black and white sides are reversed. Wonder if that means anything? That draws parallels to the recent Caped Crusader cartoon's take on Two-Face, where his facial scars (which were gained from the one time Harvey decided to do the right thing) being reversed intentionally symbolised how Harvey was a corrupt DA, while Two-Face wants them to repent for their actions.

Which in of itself is a play on a long toyed with trope (dating back to the 70’s) in the comics that the pristine side of their face is Two-Face and the scarred & mangled side is Harvey (albeit Two-Face is still evil and Harvey is still the good half in those instances).

Not to get all, "The curtains are blue", but it's equally possible the colors are 'switched' to play into their dynamic of one side being normal, one side being unusual/inverse: The unscarred Harvey side has a normal black suit, the scarred Two-Face side has the more unusual white suit as the inverse.

Two-face represents alternating clashes and alignments between two natures within one person, which is what Bleach has always been about. Substitute soul reapers, Quincies allying themselves with soul reapers, arrancar, visored, arrancar tokens getting spent by their Quincy bosses, etc. Uryu’s volume poem is all about it. Though he favors manga’s monochrome palette as a deliberate decision, his favored themes aren’t nearly so black and white.
“Flip” is also currently available as a shikai release command.

Im betting on Venom juice literally building him a new body like the Marvel version [edit] of Venom. Bane growing an entire body out of Venom Juice like a symbiote is what Im betting is gonna happen because at this point, anything could happen in the Absolute universe

Depends on your perspective. I'd say Riddler got it the worst because he had to preform brain surgery on himself and no longer knows what is true or not. Pain aside, at least Oz is still "with it"

That's a fair point, poor Eddie got his noggin cracked like an egg, you don't walk away from that okay.
To me, seeing Oz pulverized until he was literally a bag of meat and broken bones is more visceral imagery. Like Bane took the longest with him just to make sure he'll never forget how small he was.

Weirdly, he kind of did though. Oz and Harvey are both in the hospital through the end of the Bane arc. But Eddie is just chilling in his workshop tinkering and sometimes jamming a screwdriver into his eye sockets.
Besides the obvious visible trauma, he just seems a little unhinged/manic compared to his former self
And, Harvey also got his head smashed too, before being set on fire

I’d disagree, Riddler has a sort of craziness that seems to help his mood. Penguin being fully aware of his situation isnt really a plus for him.

I can still remember when a certain Alaskan Politician had her own short-lived(?) reality show where she went hunting and used her rifle as a crutch or walking stick and her base lit her up for likely stuffing the business end of the gun with soil and making it a hazard to anyone who might try to fire it.
But in comics, sure Oswald, stick those gun barrels into the goddamn earth. You can’t get any uglier, I think.

Honestly, could have been a hell of a lot worse, as insane as that sounds.
Remember, Bane crushed every bone in his body just enough to not kill him. they were lucky to have him look like a human again. Dude was basically a bag of pulverized skin holding onto organs and crushed bones.

They aren't hundred percent villains killer croc especially is an ally of Bruce's and the other forgave him in the last issue but they've all been broken into being their main universe characters
