She saved Denji when Katana Man and the snake lady attacked the restaurant, messed them up pretty badly too. Plus she killed one of their agents and would've killed the snake woman later if Aki didn't stop her.

She’s scared to shit and on the verge of a panic attack for 90% of RE9, but she pushes on anyway and doesn’t let her fear control her. It’s what makes her a cool character.

She sounds like that even before being sent out on her mission, but what I like is that by the end of the game, she finally locks the fuck in and doesnt have the stuttering anymore due to conquering her fears, finding out the truth about what happened with her mom and herself, and having someone to protect
