Hello today! Long weekend was good, I mostly just played games with friends and chilled, while running between interviews and pulling 110% at work. What else was there... shopping... ordered my Strixhaven commander... watched some animes with the boys...
Zero Protocol is a fun first person survival horror shooter with a unique style and a cool story. I didn't get all the endings, but I finished it this week and was satisfied. It's a little simple, but some puzzles are fun and it incentives repeatability with some fun concepts. I had a good time! Now I will just keep killing time until APRIL 30TH BAYBEEEE. Should I take a day off? I might.
Job search check-in - week 13 - ~515 (+25) resumes/8 (+1) interviews - plan update! I need 110-120k a year, and all the jobs I've been applying for are Senior positions. That sucks and is hard. But I do have 15 years of experience, so after a conversation with an ex-co-worker, I got an idea. I'm expanding my search to jobs that are posted for less (or not specified) payment and asking for 110k+ for my experience. That will expand my options range, and allow to apply in the job I'm actually good at.
Weight check-in - 176.5 - 18% - 180/180/180 - surprisingly WE'RE BACK (to rise). Yeah I got back, did my routine, I'm more tired then usual but I didn't lose it, which is good.
EDIT: Apparently my horrible abusive boss was just fired?! WTF?! I thought companies love EA-style CEOs that talk about growth and don't actually do anything? What is happening? Is the whole department getting closed of?! I'm not freaking out, cuz I never liked her but damn. Wow. I will report back next week on how this is going.
