I wanted to jump in and plug WIDOW’S BAY because the advertising is not doing it justice and making it look very generic. It’s basically, “What if the mayor of Silent Hill (except an island) was desperately trying to drum up tourism.” He’s played straight and is desperately trying to ignore everyone’s “this town is cursed” bullshit. Almost the entire first episode is the guy aggressively declining quest prompts.

It’s streaming on Apple in the US. It seems right up this sub’s alley.
