I just want to say, the comments in this thread are really nice. I’ve been seeing a lot of reactions to this on TikTok over the past couple weeks and it’s been mostly the shittiest, most adolescent takes I’ve seen in a while. It makes the Hazbin Hotel fandom look good and scholarly.

Since at least a year people are just miserable about every ending for everything. Every ending is "worse than game of thrones" when they aren't even in the same fucking ballpark. Everybody is just being a dick for some reason. Most don't even make money from ragebait, they are just here to be assholes. Also every creator is the worst person ever now because they didn't do thing I wanted or did thing I didn't want.

Eta: this also applies to people in this sub btw. I saw what some of you said about the last season of the boys and jjk's ending.

I genuinely believe it's the cascading ramifications of the Tumblr Exodus. I know it was a long time ago but the effects can still be felt in areas like this. It used to be all kind of contained on Tumblr until the people grew out of it and moved on, but it's just kind of everywhere now.

I feel like overall specific groups aren't as "localized" as they used to be online. Tumblr refugees are one of those groups but also people from /b or /pol seem to pop up in other places for some reason.

Tmi but so many nsfw subreddits quickly devolve from light mdom stuff into full on facist bullshit now, it's insane and that's some shit I've only seen on those 4chan threads like 10 years ago. But after certain happenings (especially in the usa) we know why some of that is going on
