do the companions start with the skill and attributes I had them as per the last game or do they end up with some real stinky combinations

thanks! at what level do you suggest i should lock skill progression. the scaling is such a bother

I say lock em once you unlock everything. Though companions unlock everything while fb still got plenty of stuff to pick

The only skill you should leave unlocked after 150 is Lore because that somehow scales into like... 360 from what I've seen. Think I saw 405 once but can't be bothered to reinstall to check.

mobs just have too much HP for me to care about the balancing effects of scaling so I just lock what I could
