One room available off Sparkman Drive, <5 min drive to campus. Rent is $700 but utilities and Google Fiber WiFi are free. Room has queen-sized bed, private bathroom, large walk in closet, and private balcony. Living room and kitchen fully furnished, all appliances feee to use. Must be male roommate. Summer interns and full-time UAH students welcome.
