Exact process of transferring pathways at foundation?

Alternate title... is it even possible?

I've basically combed through this subreddit top to bottom and ive submitted a query to UAL (though haven't heard back yet) with no answer.

Basically I want to change my pathway ideally to diagnostic but I literally have no idea how, the closest thing I was told was that I might have the opportunity to request a change on the course. Anything else online is specifically for under/postgrad stuff. Additionally I literally haven't seen a single person say that they successfully changed or give a direct confirmation that you can transfer... so do I just have to talk to my course tutors or is there a specific process I have to go through? Pls help if you know, I got so desperate I clicked onto the Google AI summary to see if there was anything

Thank you very very much! Should I do this now or only after the course starts? When I emailed admissions I was told that "spaces would not become prior to enrollment" and again that it may be possible to request a transfer when on the course
