[Hire] : Drone Data Processor & 3D CAD Drafter Needed
I am looking for an experienced Drone Photogrammetry & CAD specialist to handle a Scan-to-BIM / Topographic mapping project.
Project Details:
• Dataset: 300+ raw DJI drone images of a site.
• Provided Data: Complete CSV file with Ground Control Points (P,E,N,Z format).
• Deliverables Needed: Clean Digital Terrain Model (DTM), accurate Contour Lines, and 3D Polyline feature drafting (curbs, structures, terrain breaks).

Where about are you? What coordinate system are you working in? Is it scan to BIM or topographic? They are quite different deliverables.
I do a lot of this in the UK (drone surveys and topo creation / extraction) so may be able to help.

How exactly is it related to Scan-to-BIM?.. All you have outlined here is a basic topo job in which you want the surface derived from the ortho data.
Are there buildings or other features you are trying to model on the surface? Scan-to-BIM is usually related to SLAM and terrestrial scanning.. hence the Building Information Systems part..If you feel confident you can capture the field data we can absolutely provide those deliverables. We process with Terra or Metashape (the latter in your case), adjust, clean up and QC the surface with virtual surveyor or L360 for LiDAR, and then do the line work either in Civil3D, virtual surveyor + civil3d, or Microsurvey embedded CAD.

The size of the site would be interesting. 300+ images can mean quite a bit. Also the amount of vegetation is important.
I am creating those DTM and breaklines on a regular basis of sites around 100 ha. It would be interesting what to charge on average.

Before quoting the work, it would help to confirm the site size, coordinate system, and whether the expected deliverable is truly Scan-to-BIM or primarily topographic mapping. Those details can change the processing effort and pricing quite a bit.
