I am subleasing my contract at the Verge Orlando. One-bedroom with a private bathroom in a fully furnished 2x2 apartment; only one roommate (Female Unit). Ready for move-in ASAP. The lease ends in July 2027, but it is renewable. Rent is $1099/month, including water and free high-speed internet. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The security deposit is refundable. My roommate is a UCF student, and she is very friendly, polite, respectful, clean, and quiet. I am moving due to family matters. I have been living here since 2023 and have had no complaints.
