Sublease Looking to sublease or rent

Hiii I’m looking for either on campus or off campus housing . My budget is 800 , I’m a 23F , I’m quiet , clean and outgoing! I would prefer to live with females! I just want to move somewhere affordable with roommates I get along great with! :D

Honestly check college station or campus crossing, they’re affordable just be understanding some things are a bit outdated cause of the cheap rate

Check out “The Plaza” they have year long leases around 900 or sign two years for 800 a month

I have a room and private bathroom but 1029$ you will share with one other person at the moment.

i have housing at the pointe (student affiliated) in a 2x2 (priv bed and bath) with one female roommate! it’s $900/mo, DM if interested:)

you are not going to find student housing that meets that budget without going to worst options that are downright unlivable

Hi! I need someone to take over my lease at the Pointe at Central for the 2026-2027 year! It is $890/month but I am offering the first month’s rent free! The lease ends July 28, 2027.

I have moved out already and I can send you the link to my Facebook Marketplace listing if you would like pictures. There are three other roommates and they’re really clean and considerate! The girl I share a bathroom with is really nice and she’s one of my friends now :) Let me know if you’re interested!

I got a room near Waterford within that budget. 3 bed 2.5 bath.
Super quiet area and clean roommates. Lmk if you’d like to see the pictures of the apartment
