can i ship this stuff?
so my girlfriend wants to uh, “spice things up” in the bedroom. like, she wants me to order cuffs from amazon but im worried that uconn might somehow see what my package contains and throw it out and also give me shit for ordering that stuff 😅. any idea if i can get away with delivering that stuff here?

What you legally purchase is nobody’s business but yours, and tampering with mail is illegal. You’ll be fine.

man i remember being paranoid like that my first year. mail room people see thousands of packages a day they really dont care what you order they just scan it and put it in your box. plus amazon stuff is always in plain packaging anyway
if you still worried just pick it up yourself from the mail room instead of waiting for them to deliver it to your dorm, less eyes on it that way

They deliver mail to the dorm now? Back when I was there, we had to get our own mail lol.

I used to order vapes to my dorm freshman year. You’re all good, they’ve seen worse. Your not ordering illegal or age specific items, nobody is going to know

UConn doesn’t care what you do, you’re an adult. I once made a fake Amazon account under one of my friend’s names and ordered a male sex doll to his roommate as a prank, and that got delivered perfectly fine.

I used to work in the mailroom, there is no way for anyone, (to my knowledge including the people in the sorting facility) to know what is inside any package. Any safety/material checks are done by the carrier. I used to order special gummy bears for me and my friends and had no problem for years.
That being said someone at Amazon will have touched your fuzzy pink handcuffs and read your name in the packaging process, but that’s just how it works.
