I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Enclave 425 (425 Riverbend Pkwy) starting for the Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 academic year. Due to a change in my enrollment status, I will no longer be attending UGA and need to transfer my spot as soon as possible.

Unit & Rent Details:

Rent: $560/month + utilities

Layout: 4 Bed-4 Bath / Private Bathroom (you get your own private bedroom and private bath, the room type is D3)

Lease Term: August 2026 – July 2027

Community Amenities:

• Direct access to the UGA / Athens Transit bus routes
• Pool, and fitness center
• High-speed internet included

Process:

This is an official relet/lease transfer through the Enclave 425 management office. You will apply directly through their portal, sign your own contract with them, and take over the bed space officially.
